I need to lose weight but I can’t exercise?

Question by : I need to lose weight but I can’t exercise?
I need lose weight & I know how to do that the healthy way. But I’m not to fat and I really need to tone more than lose weight. I have no money to pay for a gym & I live in Florida so it’s WAY too hot to go running outside or something. What can I do to get a GOOD workout? I know there’s videos on you tube that I can use with hand weights which I have. Any suggestions??? Thanks!!

Small quantity of food contained less calories and is easier to be converted to energy. This eating habit has been widely recognized by doctor as the method in safe weight loss programs.
